Jar sweet potatoes or fresh sweet potatoes
5 or 6 marshmallows
1 t vanilla
Heat potatoes until soft
Mash and put in casserole dish
Add vanilla and milk if necessary to make smooth
Place marshmallows on top and place under broiler about 2 minutes, until marshmallows are golden brown.
